hello, I was wondering how I could get mobile speak or talks for a more reasonable price. It's too damn expensive.

the best price for mobile speak is through AT&T disability department that does it for $89 if you get one of the phones they offer the special for. otherwise there is a site called talknav or something like that that that is based out of europe and will will sell north american talks and mobile speak lisences and for a little less than other places. otherwise there is the iPhone lol

Like Monkeypusher said, if you go through AT&T and get one of their supported phones, you can get Mobile Speak for $89. If you don't do it that way, you're going to pay a lot no matter which of the sites you use.

yeah i agree with brook and that sucks...why should we have to pay so much just to make things accessible

well then there is always the iPhone a full on built in screen reader as part of the phone , and all you have to do is get used to a touch screen .. Unfortunately we can't always have things how we want and have to compramise. Personally i'd would go with at&T and get the nokia e71x since you wanted a phone with a keyboard and get mobile speak for $89 or learn to use a touch screen and get an iPhone. either way i think at&t will be a better bet for you accessability wise than tmobile if you are trying to save some money here .
